​I have been doing artworks all my life, mostly painting and drawing. I had my first gallery show in 1975. I have studied at the following schools of art:
Burnley School of Art, Seattle, Washington
Honolulu Academy of Arts, Honolulu, Hawaii
Hoschschue fur Bildende und Kunst, Berlin, Germany
Frei Academy Art Psychopolis, The Hague, Holland
I am pleased to have paintings in art collections internationally I have worked in ink, oils acrylics, and sculpture, but watercolor is my greatest love.
I invite you to enjoy these artworks. I paint them because I am IN awe at the beauty of our earth – its endless and ever changing clouds, water, sky, forests and mountains. When I paint these landscapes, I sit at my easel and allow myself to enter into a quiet space of no thought. I make a mark and the painting begins to appear on the empty white paper. I try to keep up with its birthing.
