 Always with an eye and ear open for the beautiful, honest, and expressive, Julie finds joy in creating representational paintings that reflect those ideals. Whether painting still life, in situ nature, figures, or portraits, Julie combines close observation with a love of form and color. Julie works primarily in acrylics, appreciating their texture, depth, and versatility. Julie exhibits regularly in the Puget Sound region and is part of the Public Art Program of the Evergreen Association of Fine Arts. All of her paintings are created with quality archival material and are varnished with UV protective archival varnish.
