 Charlene Burley began painting watercolor more than 15 years ago. She loves all kinds of subjects and prefers strong colors in her work. She provides watercolor instruction for beginning to intermediate levels. Charlene is a member of the Northwest Watercolor Society, South Hill Artists and Mt. Si Artist Guild. She is a collective member of the Art Gallery of SnoValley since 2017, treasurer of Mt. Si Artist Guild, member of the Healing Arts Program at Overlake Hospital, and treasurer of the Northwest Watercolor Foundation.
