While Minh enjoys painting across a variety of genre, she derives the greatest joy from painting people and animals, and dogs are at the top of the list. Minh usually studies her subject before determining whether to paint them in watercolor, acrylic, or oil pastel. Minh’s focus is to convey the mood and character of the subject while preserving likeness.
