 "Austrian Alps", oil on linen, by Britt Greenland, 18" x 24" $1000.00 This same painting and the plein air study for it were also accepted just off the easel in 2018’s Plein Air Washington Artists Annual Juried Show at the American Art Company Gallery in Tacoma, WA.
The plein air study was painted on a 7 week “Tour de Paints” painting and bicycling trip in 2017 from Iceland to Denmark (ferry), Germany, Austria, and Italy. You can see all artworks inspired by that trip here. The 320 paintings juried into the show (from 1,954 entries!), can be viewed in an online catalog. Here is the link to Britt’s painting. The artwork is listed as NFS in the national catalog so that the work may only be purchased through the Art Gallery of SnoValley, Snoqualmie, WA where it will be displayed beginning May 2, 2021. Britt's painting may be purchased ahead of this time, but the collector must agree to allow the painting to remain on display at at the Art Gallery of SnoValley for one week.
